Passport/Visa

If you do not currently have a passport you will need to obtain one before applying for a visa. The passport process can take a few weeks - months so we suggest planning early. Once you have a passport you can apply for a visa. Please see the link below for the passport application website.

If you have a passport already, or when you receive your passport, you will need to apply for a e-visa at the link below.

Airport
​
The closest airport is 'Vijayawada International Airport', however, the 'Rajiv Gandhi International Airport' in Hyderabad, India usually has slightly more affordable ticket prices. If you choose to book your ticket to this airport, please let us know and we will arrange for transportation from Hyderabad to Vijayawada.

Itinerary

Wedding festivities will start on the 18/19th, we recommend arriving at least a day ahead to adjust your sleep schedule. Our recommendation would be the the 17-24th if you are flying to/from Hyderabad to allow for additional travel time. Please let us know ywhat dates you are planning for BEFORE you book your ticket.
